Welcome Participant

Message from the dean

Dr. Tawfik Jelassi

As participants in our programs I am sure you realize what a key role you play in shaping and determining the quality of our programs and the reputation of our School. As active participants, you contribute your own experience to the learning process of your fellow classmates and by expressing your personal pursuit of excellence you help motivate others to excel. As our most demanding critics, you help us to continue refining our programs, and as our brand ambassadors you help us spreading the word about the quality of our programs.

Your contribution to the pool of widely differing experiences, backgrounds and interests of our student body helps to enrich the learning experience at the ENPC School of International Management. The broad range of cultures, educational backgrounds and work experiences helps the School to further enrich your knowledge beyond the ‘hard skills’ of technical proficiency and analytical tools to the softer skills which include adapting to and thriving in a culturally diverse environment, as well as mastering the mental frameworks for lasting individual development and professional success.

Since 1987, the ENPC School of International Management has been delivering a dynamic range of undergraduate, MBA, and executive education programs. The common philosophy, underlying all of our programs, is that of "value-based global leadership". This vision reflects the personal philosophy of the School’s founder, the late Celia Russo. She felt that it was important that business be used as a vehicle to make a better world. It remains our conviction that leadership and management must be anchored in a value system that emphasizes human capital and society at large.

Because business is international and management is cross-cultural, we have always emphasized a global approach to teaching. That approach has been enriched, over the years, through our experiences teaching and delivering programs in several parts of the world, including Paris, Casablanca, Shanghai, Abu Dhabi and New Delhi. As participants, we invite you to take advantage of the ability our programs offer you to take courses in one of our Sister Programs or in one of the many exchange programs available to you through the School.
As you are probably aware, the quality of our offerings has been consistently recognized by the Association of MBA programs (AMBA), which has accredited our programs. The AMBA not only granted our programs full re-accreditation status, but also highlighted the School’s ability to encourage participants to “learn how to learn” and to think for themselves.
Throughout your program, our internationally-renowned faculty will deliver to you forward-thinking and challenging content which addresses current issues and future challenges in business and management.

We are proud to count you among our student body and wish you the very best in your journey of reflection, discovery and advancement!
